Pre-conference Workshop: "CRM taking new shape - A dedicated CSR per customer, available 24 hours a day” Mr Jackal Ma, Managing Director, Edify Asia Global competition, decreasing interest spread and increasing operating cost are some of the key issues surrounding today’s banking industry. To maintain the profit margin and lower cost, many organizations realize maintaining life-long and profitable relationship with loyal customer is extremely important. While increasing variety of delivery channels create opportunities for new products and relationship with customers, it also creates inconsistency in services and reduces the personal touch required for maintaining life-long customers. In this workshop, we’ll examine the new “vCSR” technology that would allow us to re-humanize the customer interactions through all the old and new delivery channels.
