Peter Chen
Executive Director
ITApps Limited
Peter Chen is Executive Director of ITApps Limited. Heading the company’s
service deliveries consisting of Consulting Services and Customer Services,
Peter is also actively involved in developing business strategies to leverage
company resources for growth, providing general management for improving
operational efficiency, and nurturing a positive corporate culture.
Peter obtained his Ph.D. in Engineering (in EE & ME combined areas)
from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, USA and is a registered Professional
Engineer as well.
Joan Tse
Customer Care Supervisor
ITApps Limited
Joan Tse is the Supervisor of Customer Care Department of ITApps Limited.
She is responsible for providing and maintaining service standard to customers
and supervise the department of Customer Care in Hong Kong. Joan is also
keenly handled different customer inquiry cases and provided service supports
to over 300 customers today.
Jackal Ma
Executive Director
ITApps Limited
Jackal Ma is the Executive Director and Chief Technology Officer of ITApps
Limited. With more than 14 years’ experience in the contact center and
IT systems arenas, Jackal is currently responsible for the overall corporate
technology / business offering direction, and oversees critical business
activities in Product Offerings, Vendor Relationships and Strategic Alliances,
Strategic Business Development. He is the founder of ITApps’ Consultancy
Services, and, with his strong vision of the systems integration market,
he has helped to grow the company to its current size.
