關(guān)于赴美參加ACCE（Annual Call Center Exhibition）2006大會(huì )的通知

　　ACCE（Annual Call Center Exhibition）大會(huì )是由美國國際客戶(hù)關(guān)系管理學(xué)院(ICMI)主辦的年度全球呼叫中心行業(yè)大會(huì )。ACCE 2006將于今年9月11日至13日在美國西雅圖Washington State Convention and Trade Center舉行。大會(huì )將舉辦58場(chǎng)次活動(dòng)，這些活動(dòng)將按7個(gè)不同的主題以6種形式展開(kāi)。與此同時(shí)，此次會(huì )議還有70多家廠(chǎng)商參展，為觀(guān)眾帶來(lái)最新的技術(shù)產(chǎn)品及應用展示。

　　 為了促進(jìn)中國呼叫中心產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展，加強國內呼叫中心相關(guān)人士與國外同行之間的交流和合作，CTI論壇作為第三方行業(yè)資訊平臺，將與海外相關(guān)機構合作，組織中國呼叫中心業(yè)內人士赴美參加此次大會(huì )。在會(huì )議期間，還將組織參觀(guān)西雅圖4個(gè)著(zhù)名的呼叫中心企業(yè)，并安排與各國代表進(jìn)行深入交流。
